FAQ Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Q: How are shirts shipped? How long does shipping take?
A: Our shirts are each custom hand dyed and shipped out USPS Mail. Once your shirt is made and ready, the shipping usually takes about 2-3 weeks. If the shirt is out of stock it may take around 3-4 weeks. Please allow atleast 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive before checking online tracking or contacting us.

Q: Who do I contact about the status of my order?
A: You will receive a USPS tracking number when your shirt is shipped out. Click here if you would like to track your order.

Q:  How do I care for my tee shirt?
A: When you first receive your shirt, we recommend washing in cold water alone or with like colors. Since your shirt was hand-dyed it will continue to bleed some excess color for the first few washes. It is safe to use normal detergent, just make sure to avoid bleach. Your shirt should be dried either in a tumble dryer or flat, not hung as the weight of the water will cause the cotton to stretch.

All sales on international orders are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders, and if your order contains incorrect or defective items, please let us know and we will help the resolve the situation. If you have any issues please contact us at [email protected]

Use Your Correct Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable addresses. Before you complete your order, please make sure that your shipping address is complete and valid, and that your country’s postal service can deliver to your address. Although your order is exported by the U.S. Postal Service, final delivery is made by your country’s postal service. Please include a daytime phone number where you can be reached in case delivery problems arise.

Check your Email
Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. If there are any problems with your order, we will send an email notice on your account that you used to place your order.  To avoid any delays, please be sure to check your email for our notifications.

PLEASE NOTE: Some email providers may filter emails as spam; we recommend checking your spam folder and adding us as an approved sender.

You may return any item within 90 days of delivery for exchange if you need a different size. If you are returning an item just because you changed your mind and dont want an exchange, you will receive a refund and there will be a 20% restocking fee. Garments must be unused and unwashed.

Send back the item(s) to be returned/exchanged, we recommend USPS, as it is the easiest and most economical. You can choose to send it with a tracking number if you so choose.
